The FCRP™  Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy (v.1.0)

The Financing & Capital Raising Professional™ Programme Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy (The FCRP™ Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy) pertains to permitted and non-permitted use of the Financing & Capital RaisingTM  (FCRPTM)™ designation, and matters relating to intellectual property & copyright.

 

The Financing & Capital Raising Professional™ (FCRP™) Designation

 

The FCRPTM designation is a prestigious certification in  financing and capital raising, and represents achievement in mastering highly practical & pre-eminent standard of raising financings, and capital etc., as well as attainment of the required ethical and professional standard.

The FCRP™ professional designation is certified by the globally reputable and well-established International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) of UK. IPMA has numerous collaboration arrangements with various universities, institutions and training companies around the world.

 

Proper Use of the FCRP™ Designation

 

Financing & Capital Raising ProfessionalTM and FCRPTM are registered trademarks and must be used with proper care to maintain its professionalism. Course participants who have passed the 2 levels of FCRP™, have fulfilled the work experience and other relevant requirements, submitted relevant work experience proof, and after our approval, could be awarded a certificate. Only upon receiving FCRP™ certificate issued by IPMA, then a course participant can describe himself or herself as a:

      “certified Financing & Capital Raising ProfessionalTMorcertified FCRPTM”

Financing & Capital Raising ProfessionalTM and FCRPTM are registered trademarks. The first alphabet of each word of Financing & Capital Raising ProfessionalTM and FCRPTM should always be written in capital letters.

No revision or modification of the name should be allowed, such as Capital Raising Professional etc.

Except a certified FCRPTM, no company, institution, entity or person should use “Financing & Capital Raising ProfessionalTM” or “FCRPTM” without prior written consent of IPMA &/or PTI.

No company, institution, entity or person should implicitly state or imply any association, relationship with Financing & Capital Raising ProfessionalTM, or FCRPTM, without prior written consent of IPMA &/or PTI.

Financing & Capital Raising ProfessionalTM or FCRPTM should NOT be used in any domain, website, email or company or organisation name, business card, curriculum vitae, promotional material, brochure, material or any printed, electronic or other communication etc. without prior written consent of PTI., except for certified FCRPsTM who can put the FCRP designation in their business card & curriculum vitae.

PTI (including our associated companies) reserve the rights over all our trademarks, including but not limited to pursuing legal action for any breach of our copyrights.

 

Copyright & Intellectual Property

 

All study materials and books developed/owned by PTI (except those written by third-party, where copyright belongs to that third party(ies)), and all information on our website(s) (except information whose copyright is owned by third part(ies)) etc. are property of PTI. We reserve copyright over all our study or hardcopy materials, books & other relevant documents, and all materials in our website(s), except those belonging to third parties.

Any intended usage of any information in study materials, books etc. owned by PTI, and information on our website(s) etc., including our company logos and logo of the FCRPTM Programme must be requested in writing.

Requests to use any of our materials/articles in any way or make copy in whatever form of any of the document/article developed/written/owned by us, or information on our website(s) are subject to charge by us, and enquiries should be sent to:  copyright@the-pti.com

Where the copyright belongs to third-party, the requestor would need to contact the third-party directly to obtain copyright permission, and PTI would not be responsible nor have any liability for obtaining any copyright permission from third-party.

 

Pertaining to Post-graduate Diploma, please also refer to Student Handbook of IPE Management School of Paris (IPE-Paris), available to you upon successful enrolment.  In case of discrepancy, the stricter rule(s) will generally prevail. However, we reserve our rights to exercise discretion to decide which rule(s) to apply.

The FCRP™ Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy is subject to revision from time to time without any notice to you, and is deemed to have come to your notice from the time the revised version is posted on our website(s), and will be binding on you with immediate effect.
